Server log files

Newsletter
1.1 General information
(1) You can subscribe to our newsletter, which we use to inform you about our current interesting offers. The advertised goods and services are named in the declaration of consent.
(2) We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to subscribe to our newsletter. This means that after you have registered, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you wish to receive the notifications. If you do not confirm your registration, you will not be subscribed. In addition, we store the IP addresses you use and the times of registration and confirmation. (4) You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter. 1.2 Use of Mailchimp
(1) We use Mailchimp to send the newsletter. The Mailchimp provider is The Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, Georgia 30308, United States of America. (hereinafter referred to as "Mailchimp"). Mailchimp is used, among other things, to organise and analyse the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on Mailchimp's servers in the USA. If you do not wish to be analysed by Mailchimp, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in every newsletter message.
(2) When you scan the QR code on the business card to subscribe to our newsletter, we will redirect you to a Mailchimp landing page. A JavaScript tag is inserted on this landing page. With this JavaScript tag, we can see how many people have clicked on links that are linked on the landing page.
(3) When sending the newsletter, we evaluate your user behaviour with the help of Mailchimp. For this analysis, the e-mails sent contain so-called web beacons or single-pixel gifs. These are tiny graphic files that contain unique identifiers that allow Mailchimp and us to recognise when you have opened an e-mail or clicked on certain links. These technologies store your e-mail address, your IP address, the date and the time at which you opened or clicked on a campaign. Mailchimp uses this data to create reports for us that show the performance of an e-mail campaign and the actions taken by newsletter subscribers.
(4) The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is art 6 para 1 sentence 1 lit a GDPR.
The legal basis for the setting and use of cookies by Mailchimp is sec 25 para 1 of the Act on Data Protection and the Protection of Privacy in Telecommunications and Digital Services (Gesetz über den Datenschutz und den Schutz der Privatsphäre in der Telekommunikation und bei digitalen Diensten, TDDDG).

(4) When you visit our LinkedIn company page, we process the following personal data: Name, profile photo. We process this data in order to analyse our target groups, optimise our content, identify potential customers or business partners who show an interest in the company, implement targeted marketing and sales measures. The legal basis for the processing of this data is with the exception of tracking our legitimate interest Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR in effective communication and interaction with you as a user as well as a presentation of our products and services also on LinkedIn.
(5) As the operator of a LinkedIn company page, we can only view the information stored in your public LinkedIn profile, and only if you have such a profile and are logged into it when you access our company page.
(6) In addition, LinkedIn provides us with anonymous usage statistics via the page analyses (“Page Insights"), which we use to improve the user experience when visiting our company website. We do not have access to the usage data that LinkedIn collects to compile these statistics.
